Returns & Exchanges

At Dowinx, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ergonomic gaming experience; if you are not, you may return your chair within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Disassemble the chair carefully and place all components, including hardware and tools, back into the original Dowinx shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for completeness and quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
